I think that Reflexology/Energetic class is one of the most worthwhile programs that is offered here at LCDC.  Not only has it helped tremendously to deal with my every day aches and pains it has also provided me with some valuable tools to combat several other issues as well.  Stress, sleeplessness, anxiety and depression are all things that I have successfully worked on using the techniques I learned at the classes but I believe the possibilities are endless.  It is for these reasons I wish the classes were offered more often.
