To make a long story short. Just what this lady did to me in only 20 minutes you would not believe.

I am an inmate at Larimer County Detention Center.  On Tuesday, July 18, 2006 a lady came to the pod and offered a class in Energetics.  I had no idea what it was but I figured what the hell it gets me out of this pod so I went.  Well, I have suffered with lower back pain for years.  I never could relax and let me tell ya, trying to sleep huh!  That  is like trying to scratch your ear with your elbow.  It just won’t happen.  I never believed in miracle cures or anything like that.  I figured just pop a pill and go on about your day.  You already knew that it would come back later anyway.  So pop another one.  To make a long story short.  Just what this lady did to me in only 20 minutes you would not believe.  I will be dammed if I can figure it all out.  I do know that the pain in my back is a lot less.  I don’t know about the sleeping part yet because I am writing this letter at 4:30 pm the same day and I ain’t been to bed yet.  I do know she helped me relax a lot.  I understand her name is Debbie. But I do know I am fixen to attend every class I can till I can figure it out.  Just so you can see for yourself, you should attend a class.  Thanks again Debbie.
